Great location across street from Retiro park. Room decor was much
better in person than photos showed on the internet. Easy walk to
central shopping,restaurants, and museums. Much better value than other
hotels in this upscale neighborhood. The Ritz and The Palace just around
the corner and are way more expensive -- the rooms at the Savoy Petit

Fantastic hotel, overlooking retiro park. You heard no noise from other people staying in the hotel and the room was fabulous. Even had a laptop provided in the room with free wifi. Friendly staff and if you want to come back to the hotel at 6am they let you in no problem. Great location and a beautiful building, even the tourits on the tour bus took photos of the building! I would stay again and recommend to anyone.

Excellent Value for the money. Huge suite with every comfort you need: Kitchen with Lavazza Coffee machine, living room with large flat TV, huge bath with bathtub, huge comfy bed with an array of pillows. Good location (on foot 7min from the Via Grande, 10 min from El Prado and 3 min from the Bus Station 'Bus Express' to the airport. Would definitly go back. Nespresso Machine in the breakfast room. Fingerprint reader to enter the appartment: no badge you could loose or misplace. Free WiFi!

Todo. La ubicación, la modernidad del hotel, la amabilidad del personal. - El personal: muy amable y profesional. Ubicación excelente si necesitas estar en pleno centro de Madrid. Location was just the best in Madrid I believe. It is not in the midle of the touristic spot so you dont see 40+ years old tourists waddling around in their "comfortable" attire when you go outside of you hotel, instead, you are in the middle of the trendiest area. We had a wonderful time in this beautifully designed and extremely well located hotel. Staff were very friendly, elegant and welcoming. Attention to detail is for sure one of the key principles of this hotel, starting with the welcome (someone opening the door for you, we got offered as well a glass of Champagne to welcome us, water was provided for free in the room, ...). If you want a downtown location in the heart of the city this this is an excellent place to be.
The hotel is small but very clean and tidy. They provide a free welcome drink in the roof top terrace. There are electric shutters on each windows to stop light and also reduce street noise. Hotel and rooms are very clean. Staff were fine. Overall, nothing exceptional but it served its purpose well enough.

Es de ensueño. Lo del baño que dicen otros comentaristas no es para tanto. Eso pasa en cualquier hotel, creo que la gente se queja más por el efecto translúcido del cristal que parece quitar intimidad. - Moderno y funcional. Excelente ubicación. Excelente relación calidad/precio
