  Amazing hotel. We have stayed in countless hotels during our travels through Spain & Portugal... And this is one of the best for the price, especially for being called a hostal! It has the best air- conditioning, the most comfortable beds & pillows, the best tv, and the fastest Internet out of any of our hotels in this country so far. The decor is really cute (our bathroom was - The location is great, right next to the aqueduct. However, the fact that it is on a pedestrian-only street made it hard to find. We ended up parking some distance away and finding the hotel on foot. The gentleman on duty really went out of his way to help us. He came with me to the car and rode with me to show me the way to the car park, which was 14 euros for the night with the hotel discount.

  The gentleman who greeted us is very helpful; he understood that the lack of an elevator posed a problem with us tryng to get our baggages to the room. He lended us a hand! A Big Thank You!! However, if you are driving, it may be more tricky as the GPS will not lead you to the exact location - how can it when it' - Probably the cleanest place in the world. Simple straightforward place - no frills, but so clean, cheerful, bright, and firendly staff will do anything to help, incredible location just off aqueduct plaza and around the corner from the best restaurant in spain. Walk to bus station. Fantastic value. We stayed in ritzier places in all of the other cities in spain but this little place was a favorite anyway. Not for the snobs, but a super value and a delightful stay.

  La localización, decoración y el perfecto aislamiento sonoro del exterior, hay unas obras monstruosas a 10 metros del hotel y no se oye nada de nada. La relación calidad/precio es increible. - Excelente ubicación. El desayuno no está incluido pero el servicio de desayuno en la habitación es relativamente barato y bastante abundante.

  It was in a great location, very close to the bus stop which connected the AVE train sation. I was given a room with a view of the local church which I had asked for in advance. The staff were very warm and friendly and helped with tips before I arrived. It was also very homely and traditional and extremely clean. There was a handy vending machine... lo que la gente dice » which sold beers, water, snacks etc. - Extremely helpful staff, able to speak several languages, but very patient and helpful with my modest Spanish. We went to Segovia to see the aqueduct and Don Jaime is in the perfect spot. True, parking is a bit tricky, but the receptionist took time to walk us up there and gave us great directions for driving to it.

  It had an amazing view of the aqueduct and was right across from the bus stop for #11 the one that brings you too and from the train station. Only a 7 minute walk to plaza mayor, and a beautiful shop filled walk at that.
