This holiday home is in a holiday complex which was built in 2008. It is on the edge of the town and resort of LEscala. The apartments are comfortably furnished in a modern style. The holiday complex is 1.5 km from the beach and from Els Riells with its beautiful promenade. sandy beaches. restaurants and bars. There is a supermarket 200 metres from the home. LEscala is the most southerly point in the Bay of Rosas. The old centre of LEscala is full of atmosphere with its picturesque narrow streets and little shops. The holiday complex consists of 60 holiday homes. They are spread over a number of buildings with three floors (there are no lifts) and nine apartments. All holiday homes have their own entrance. There is a communal garden of 5000 m2 with seven small shared swimming pools. WiFi and a sun terrace. The pools are 6m x 3m and are open from April until October. Cars can be parked in the nearby streets. The Sant Marti dEmpuries archaeological excavation is approximately 4 km away. This is a very good area for golfers.Please note:-an extra change of bed linen costs € 7.00.-an extra change of bath towels costs € 6.00.-extra cleaning costs € 20.00 per day.
