The staff, particularly Andy on reception, were amazing. I did, through my own fault, have a problem with my booking but it was sorted without any drama and our room was very good. On a very very cold March day (6 degrees) it was warm with a very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and quiet.

Great city centre hotel. Stylish and comfortable. Parking was in a public underground car park a few minutes walk away. Hotel offered valet parking service and help with bags. Rooms a high standard with separate bath and shower. Close to centre of city, restaurants, bars and Alhambra. Gin and tonics in the roof top bar were very welcome after long drive.

El hotel muy cercano al centro y a un agradable paseo de la Alhambra. El autobus desde el aeropuerto para a unos pasos del hotel. El personal muy amable y muy limpio todo. - Todo perfecto. En el mismo centro de Granada, junto a la catedral y la zona de tapas.

Los apartamentos están muy bien, prácticamente nuevos, muy buena zonay muy tranquilos. Completamente equipados con calefaccióncentralizada y estufas. El parking merece la pena pues estando en elmismo centro te sale mas caro moverte en coche, aparcar en la calle ousar parking público. - tranquilidad, comodidad y diseño

It´s a purpose built hostel, not a converted apartment building. The
rooms are very spacious. The staff was exceedingly helpful and very nice
(I can speak spanish, so I can't vouch for their foreign language
skills). There was a small leak on the toilet flush (it can happen in

Superb location and very spacious room. Felt newly decorated and the
word 'clean' simply can't describe the sparkling perfection
of the rooms and common areas. The photos simply don't do justice to
the hotel/hostal - common areas are beautiful and the building
reminded us of a Moroccan riad.

Possibly the best accommodation we've had in years. An airy, quiet,
lovely apartment right in the middle of everything (yet shielded from

end of the short alley - I cannot remember if Medina or Reyes Catolicos.

The apartment is in a perfect central location right next to tapas bars and the main square where we were lucky enough to watch some street flamenco performances. The apartment was well-equipped with a nice kitchenette. The lady who checked us in was very helpful even though we arrived outside the usual check-in hours. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 5 nights and would not hesitate to come back.

1. The apartment was spacious, with a large bedroom, a smaller one, and a large sitting/dining room that comfortably fit 2 full sized couches, and a 6 seat dining table. We especially loved the coziness of the interior (the apartment we stayed in was beautifully decorated!), the general cleanliness and the central location. Would definitely reccommend especially for a romantic weekend getaway! We for sure are going back!

Siesta but the staff had still made it easy for us to get into our room
and go and use the pool and allowed us to check in later. It may look a

I say - amazing! Hotel in general is picture worthy and the rooms are
great. They even leave the room with tea and coffee, milk and drinks etc

Have great view of Alhambra. Needs a little uphill walk, but walking is historical district is very nice. Rooms have small snacks, kitchen facilities, which was a plus. Although due to arriving time we didn't meet any staff on arrival date, we got keys, maps, useful local information and recommendations without any difficulties.

El trato individualizado del personal y cómo se molestan por agradar y por adaptar el menú a los gustos de un niño por ejemplo sin poner ninguna pega, sino todo lo contrario. Todo es amabilidad, desde la recepción donde te explican en el mapa y te ayudan con toda la información de la que disponen, etc... Te hacen la estancia de lo más agradable.

El hotel está bien ubicado, en zona tranquila pero a pocos minutos del centro, y con paradas de bus muy cerca. Y si se puede, no hay que dejar de utilizar el spa.

We were there for 2 nights and the hotel was excellent .The car was
parked for me and was outside waiting when we were checking out.In a
lovely area with lots of bars and restaurants close by and a 20 minute
walk to the Alhambra following the hotels directions,NOT Googles. As
the Alhambra overlooks the city, if you do not like walking then public
transport etc is advisable as it is quite hilly for the last half of

We were given a Junior Suite which was spacious with huge bed, sofa and extra bed. The plasma TV was also huge. La situación del hotel, aún sin ser escandalosamente céntrico, está muy bien para aprovechar y darte un paseíto hasta llegar a los sitios. El viernes y sábado por la noche se escuchan cánticos futboleros, pues hay una plaza justo enfrente y ya se sabe... pero si duermes pelín profundo ni te enteras.
