Keys will have to be returned at the same address within 10.00 am of the check-out day. In case of later check-out, please contact the phone numbers available at our office. Kitchen linen: Take it yourself or renting, € 2,00 (Price per package) Satelite Television: Optional, € 50,00 (Price per stay) Cleaning during stay: Optional, € 40,00 (Price per week) Energy winter: Obligated, € 0,25 (Price per kwh) Energy summer: Obligated, € 0,25 (Price per kwh) A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 8 per person or bring their own. Energy costs are not included in the price and will be charged according to guest use, upon departure.
