the hotel room was very clean and comfortable. there was no water heater for tea but this was immediately provided by the front desk staff. metro is only 5 minutes walk away. very quiet area. the air condition in the room is very efficient making for a welcome space from hot days. -

AMAZING hotel that I would recommend to everyone! We (2 best friends) stayed at 'Emma' for 4 nights. The whole staff, from the people at the reception to the cleaning lady, were very helpful en friendly! We felt very welcome.

The rooms overlooking into the interior of the building,where we stayed on the first night, have no daylight and the ventilation is insufficient. So we asked to change to a front room with a window that could be opened. Our request was immediately satisfied. The staff were exceptional and the strongest point of the hotel.The rooms were comfortable and properly cleaned.Breakfast is good and the hotel location is excellent.

El personal del hotel es muy agradable, las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas y está bien posicionado para llegar a las zonas turísticas - Su confort, buena relación calidad-precio y su ubicación que es bastante cercana a una parada de metro y la parada de bus está frente a la puerta principal. Guardar la moto en el parking - Es un hotel moderno, no sujeto aún alos estragos del tiempo. Su ubicación en el Eixample barcelonés, permitiendo el acceso a pie a zonas emblemáticas de la ciudad y al ocio nocturno. Amplitud de la habtación que alojaba a tres personas y el orden y limpieza. Personal muy agradable.

The staff was really helpful ( they helped us get to the main attractions in Barcelona, and offered us all of the information we needed) , the rooms are clean and the hotel is really modern, situated in a very nice neighbourhood and close to metro.

We loved this hotel! Fair price, spacious and soundproof room, good
beds. At arrival we received a city and tube map, brilliant. We did not
use the tube, walking in the city was great and it was not to far to the
city centre. On the weekend (till 7am sharp! On monday) you can even
park on the street, which is great. In the week it is better to take the
parking from the hotel (ca 18eur/day) We will come back!
