The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and welcoming,always with a smile. Very good breakfast. Really couldn't have been more central for the main sites. We would definitely recommend to anyone. Lovely traditional style of hotel. -

Location amazing. The best in Moscow. Walking distance to everywhere. Metro just outside the door. Hotel is very historical. Location is hands down amazing. From 3 metro stops within walking
distance to your ability to cross the street for a midnight stroll of
Kremlin. We had a regular ( no view) room and it was enormous, clean
with a very comfortable bed. Chocolates and next day weather reports on
the pillow were a nice touch.

we have booked standard room and were upgraded with no additional charges on arrival. The staff of the hotel were professional and polite, the room was very modern and elegant. Gourmet Russian cuisine in the cute bar & restaurant. After hours of sight-seeing, I loved retreating to the relaxing haven of my room to recharge.

I loved the hotel. It is very modern and very central to the "must see" areas of Moscow. The girls at reception are charming and go the extra distance to help. Good English. Rooms are a good size and we had one with a super view of the (frozen) river. Very little traffic noise at night so a peaceful sleep. Free Wifi and a GUEST LAUNDRY!! Hallelullah for travelers! Thank you for a great stay.
