This is a very quiet hotel with a few rooms and a very friendly atmosphere. It is located at a walking distance of two metro station of the Nevskii Prospekt and there is a large variety of restaurants, souvenir shop and food ones in the neighborhood.
There is also a tea/shop just below the hotel and it is all day long busy with very good looking

The otel design is unique. Paintings everywhere is a very good idea. Staff is friendly. Location is perfect, just near to the Kazan Kathedral, every important place of St.Pet. is on a wailikng distance and Nevski Street is nearby. Contrary to some negative comments, my room was silent. Perfect cost/quality ratio, good place going to St.Pet as 1-2 people

The hotel is situated very centrally at a walking distance from sights and metro stops. The interior is beautiful, the paintings in passages and rooms a nice touch. Apartment owner, Svetlana, was excellent with her emailing, cleaning and helping us find our way around St Petersburg, also her son, Paul, was very good when he greeted us when we arrived, showing us places to visit and how to get there. We felt quite safe and comfortable in the apartment, it was quiet and Svetlana was excellent.
