  Everyone should visit Kazan and everyone should stay at Pushkin Hostel. The location is perfect and I was given a 4-bed dorm for the price of the 16-bed dorm and then I had the 4-bed dorm all to myself for four nights!!   The location of the hostel is perfect. You need just 5-10 minutes to walk to the main pedestrian street. From there you can take the metro to go to the Kremlin(one stop and you are there))))) As for the facilities, we like kitchen.   Price is ok compared to hotels and in fact, it's just an apartment with two bedrooms (no kitchen) so if you are lucky, you could be alone to stay there and feel like living in your own flat! We had our own keys for the apartment and also one to close the bedroom and keep our stuff safe.
