6. Easy to reach by taxi, from train station, center and Castel, around 5 -7mins. We didnt try walking! But the taxi is very cheap. -
[7:48:22 PM] Dana: We loved our stay here. Our room was spacious, cozy and with a beautiful view throughout the day and especially in the evening due to the lights in the trees. Breakfast was alright although they didn't have a great variety of fruit. Overall, we truly recommend this hotel, especially in the fall-winter season!

The staff was very helpful, they brought us by car to and from the hotel and also came to get us from Cota 1400 when we got caught in the rain.

One more point (for tourists) - Casa Iris is near Peles castle (its takes 10 minutes by the foot), but far away from city centre.

Very nice staff, allways willing to help.
The sauna and the jacuzzi are a nice treat after a hiking day.

I never saw in Romania such a wonderfull staff of the hotel begining with front desk continuing with restaurant.I came to breakfast exactly 10.28 and breakfast close was at 10.30 and all table was full like at the begining and the waitress ask me if I need something.(from my experience in Romania is hapening like this only in some 4 or 5 stars hot

Everything was great. Location, room with nice view, hotel staff. Отличный отлень, приятный персонал, прекрасный вид из окна (особенно если у вас номер с балконом). Тишина и горный воздух - что может быть лучше?=) Рекомендую для желающих отдохнуть от мирской суеты.

The hotel is located in the city-center. Receptionist was very friendly and responded promptly to all inquiries. The hotel room was clean, airy, well equipped and well soundproofed. The bathroom was clean, with tub shower and well equipped, including hairdryer and, upon request, with a razor. Price / quality ratio very good. -

We stayed in this hotel at least 3 years in a row, visiting with my family from the United States. The room views are beautiful due to the location up towards cota 1400. Excellent hotel with great service. The views are breathless, every apartment has its own terrace that overlooks the beautiful mountains. Staff was super nice and helpful, breakfast was delish and plentiful. On a beautiful sunny day, breakfast can be served on the sunny terrace. Super convenient for the ones looking to get on the cable car. We enjoyed our stay!

Everything in the hotel was great and an excellent location. We were able to leave our luggage until 2pm and did not have to vacate our room until 1pm when we returned from th mountain. -
Great Location. Received some discounts for two bars across the street and free entrance to swimming pool in a hotel near by.
