Actually this hotel is not as brash and corny as we expected. Yes its a hotel made to seem like a counts mansion, and yes it has real bear skins, stuffed animals, towers and ramparts, but it is more tastefully decorated than we expected. Its fun, its luxurious and it is certainly value for money.
The restaurant food is worthy of any 4 star hotel

We were staying in Cluj for only 1night on our drive from Maramures to Sibiu. We were very pleased with the Hotel Beyfin. It is a modern hotel with all of the amenities to make it first rate. The location is on a busy street, but you do not notice the noise once inside. The staff is wonderful and we had a beautiful view of the church and music hall from our room. Though we didn't eat dinner there, we had a great breakfast and would expect the same at dinner in the restaurant. Hotel Beyfin

As a business woman, I am travelling a lot across many countries, but in this hotel I really felt like being in Paradise! I was amazed by the variety and richness of the breakfast. The SPA Center was also available 24h, and the receptionists were all very polite, professional and friendly.

I really enjoyed my stay in Hotel Paradis, the Hotel was very clean
comfortable and the Spa was so relaxing. The staff at this Hotel were
second to none, nothing was a chore. The Reception staff were with out

Unlike some hotels we were able toleave the air-con on all day (handy in the hot summer). Long-ish walk totown (30-45 mins), which I didn't mind and in any case taxis in Cluj arecheap. The receptionist, Monica, was very welcoming and helped us with our travel arrangements to Iasi from Cluj. The hotel itself was excellent -- clean and with all the conveniences of home. The food was fresh, home-made and plentiful -- definitely a good value for the money. - Hotel staff are very plesent and the hotel is very clean.
