  No wonder why this particular hotel is a winner!!! They treat you like a queen! It was my first time in Bucharest, and first with Epoque in March '13. Its excellent staff assisted us with every possible request - what to do, where to eat, and even assisting with some car related issues, completely out of their line of responsibility.   Su personal de recepción muy amable - Big room, Good Italian restaurant, nice swimming pool indoor. - the worst place i have ever seen in my life!!!this is, maybe, a 2 stars hotel no more, no A/C, very bad position and very bad conditions. simply ridicolous compared to the rate paid. only the restaurant is ok, food is fine.
