It was a little difficult finding the exact location due to the fact
that we were under the impression that it was part of the Aqua Park
complex. It is not. But it is a few yards further down the street. Our
phone contact person was easy to reach but had a little trouble
communicating with her. Finally we met together at the entrance to the

Very well designed ,modern apartment ,perfect location .
Well equipped kitchen including espresso coffee maker, which was great in the morning !
Floor heating in the bathroom, nice!
2 large flat screens ,
Parking spot in underground garage , well secured.
Good communication with pleasant staff .
In short , excellent in all aspects.
From our balcony ( TOPAZ) stunning view , mount Giewont .
Aqua park , 2 minutes walking distance!

Very nice and new looking hotel. Had a double bed room and the room was
spacious and very comfortable, felt homey. Bathroom very elegant and had
all the amenities. Breakfast was not too bad, but not amazing. Location
to Krupowki street was about 20-30min walk. Not a bad walk during the
day but street is eerily empty at night. Take a cab for 15-20z

We have stayed here twice now and would unreservedly recommend this hotel to anyone,the staff are friendly,polite and helpful,the attention to detail is first rate and the setting is perfect,stunning countryside yet only a short distance from Zakopane centre.We aim to return as soon as we can.

Rooms were spacious, clean and had plenty of shelves to place items of clothing away which don't require hanging space.
Also the location was quiet with wonderful views.
Staff always offering to help out with tips and phone calls on our behalf.
