We stayed in Krakow at May. Hotel occupies the 1st floor in old building. There are two types of rooms with view on the internal yard or on the street. Both are ok. Yard is silent (bird's songs at the morning). Noise till to 4-5 a.m. from the street in the second case (no condition system - window was open at the night), more vital and dynamic view.
Ideal location (close to the Market Square and Wawel Castle). Good helpful staff. Facilities are ok. Good ratio price-quality.

Perfect apartment in a perfect town for having a perfect winter holiday! We had some wunderful days in this comfortable and large flat and enjoyed our life in the nice and cozy restaurants and pubs of the beautyful town after returning from the slopes of the surrounding mountains. Zakopane rocks!

A quiet location with amazing views of the mountains when the weather cleared! Nice cosy room with a lovely balcony. Liked the jug and fridge in the room. About a 10 minute walk to town via all the amazing stalls under the bridge!! Very distracting but great.

This has to be one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. - Large well decorated stylish room with fresh flowers, a good shower room and walk in wardrobe with safe and a sofa. The room was quiet at the back of the building looking out on back gardens of neighbouring properties. Helpful and friendly staff with fantastic previsit assistance.. The staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was bright and well appointed and it was a real bonus to have access to a washing machine to catch up with laundry. Our room had a magnificent view of the Market Square. The location was very convenient for places of interest and lots of restaurants and cafes.
