staffs very helpful and welcoming
the location was great, quiet and in the same time close to the city center (about 15 to 20 mins) by walk.
apartment very clean, kitchen fitted with all items (you can prepare your food with your place)

Very well equipped,good sized rooms, fantastic city views and very helpful staff. The presence of a supermarket in the building made it very easy to adopt apartment-style living within 30mins of arriving, saving a huge amount over hotel prices.

Hotel excelente. Buffet muy completo. Un poco alejado del centro histórico (castillo), pero fácil acceso por transporte público. Paradas de tranvia a 20 mts. y de bus al aeropuerto a 5 mts. (frente al hotel) - Comodidad, buenas instalaciones y personal cualificado

The hotel is set opposite a great Shopping Centre. The rooms are 5* and very comfortable. The hotel is going through a large refurbishment at time i was there but this did not affect the stay at all and the staff did all they could to make it a pleasant stay.

The Hotel was very quiet despite comments from the receptionist that 200 youngsters were staying and there may be noise. There was also a note in the room stating that construction work was ongoing from 09.00 hours but we heard no construction work at all. The decor in the public areas and bedrooms was of a very high standard. The buffet breakfast at £17 per person was similar to Hotels in the UK for a cooked breakfast and was of a high standard with staff constantly replenishing food.

Situación perfecta, magnífico desayuno y personal muy amable y colaborador. Recomiendo el cambio de moneda en el propio hotel, es más beneficioso que en el aeropuerto. - El hotel es excelente en todos los sentidos: clásico con todas las instalaciones renovadas. A very modern hotel within a building decades old. Renovated with much attention to detail. Large rooms and mini-kitchenette for small breakfast and snacks. Free wi-fi and SmartTV in the room for accessing internet. Inexpensive restaurants and pubs close by, as well as very nice hotel restaurant. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. -

Very nice apartment with many ammenities. Parking is convenient and secure - staff are helpful. Location is great - very close to city center with shopping and many restuarants immediately available - nice neighborhood with fun atmosphere.
