A bit strange building, looks like a dormitory, but clean and cozy air-conditioned rooms for a very low price, 20-minute walk from the old town. Reception is on the 2nd floor, you have to ring the bell at night. Recommended.

Location of the Hotel is excellent - close to the Main Square and within walking distance to the Shopping Mall and the attractions. The Airport bus is just down the street and is only a Euro compared to Euro 20 for a taxi ride.
Room is spacious and bathroom is clean and well maintained.

The location was excellent as it was quiet and only a couple of minutes walk from all amenities. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant attached to the hotel served some very delicious food which was reasonably priced. - EWveryone was very friendly. Excellent facilities and hotel.

The desk clerk was so happy to assist us. He gave us the last space in
the back of the hotel at 2100. The desk clerks were all very friendly
and let us leave our bags for about 8 hours. They even found a camera

Staff was very friendly and helpful and spole English.Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Location was good for tourist since it was near Old Town. Parking was behind the hotel and very accessible if you needed to use your car. Overall nice, convenient place to stay in Krakow to be near the tourist sites.

The hotel is steps away from the center. The room was large and spacious and very clean. The free breakfast that was included in the cost was soo good...not just your ordinary continental breakfast, you had your choice of hot items as well. Very well-located in the historic centre of Krakow, 5 minutes walk from the Rynek (market square). Friendly personnel, nice room, which despite the heatwave and the absence of air-co kept an acceptable temperature. Lots of life 24/7 in the surrounding area without it being noisy in the late evening/night. All-in-all, an excellent place to stay.
