  This time we decided to swap our usual Lodz hotel - Andel's -for a new one and we did not regret that decision. We paid a lot less for a 2-room apt. and the comfort was comparable. All in all - a very pleasant stay. We really enjoyed the swimming pool on the 10th floor and the magnificent view over Poniatowskiego park.   Our family group consisted of 3 generations only one member of the group could speak limited Polish, although we were visiting Polish relations who were available via phone to assist when necessary. The hotel were excellent with the children and my father who became ill and needed medical assistance.
