It was our second and most likely not last time at the Atrium. The room was very big and clean and tidy. It is close to the Airport but also close to City parts like Makati. The staff was very friendly and helpful but at the same time also professional. The room comes with a balcony and a nice view over Manila. We was really satisfied with everything. The area is a bit crowded as there is a train and bus station but once in your room you do not feel that. Also there are all sort of food options.
todo comentarios » It was my 4th times stay in Atrium and i really like staying in this hotel because it has the comfort of your home and very comfy room.The view is very nice over the city of Manila, hotel staff is very accommodating and friendly. I would surely love to use this hotel when I go back Manila this year. The buffet is 6.50 cnd (275 php) per person - very worth it!! The view of the city as it is so high is incredible - and I DON'T LIKE CITIES!!!! The bathtubs are great and everything was clean to my high standards. And my wife was happy too - most important of all. Friendly staff, good service, and facilities. Very nice location for business travelers, also for families and group of friends. Value for money really good. always like the friendly atmostphere here. This is my second time and I highly recommend it to my friends. they are awesome they let me stay with the exception of me paying after i check out. Staff are full of initiative and are approachable. Very big room for a fair price. Helpful staff, price, location. The staff is always helpful. ncie view from room. Tres bien!. I like the place its quite near on the manila..location very good ive been there 4x already. The room is clean and spacious. good staff. A electric kettle to make a coffee in the morning would be nice. The distance to the a/p if you have an early flight may be a bit cumbersome but the shuttle is comfortable. nothing to mention everything is okey. maybe the lighting needs replacing. It is a little bit dangerous for my liking. Room 1714's main door is hard to close from the outside. the light bulb in the sofa area doesn't work. also the remote control for the cable doesn't work. The sound of the MRT passing by is somehow disturbing. Bathroom could have been cleaner and better. Not a great bar very limited. no wireless in room, expensive airport transfer. Parking payments. The 3rd time i went there was so terrible about the guards they really count on my guests..i felt bad towards my guests.. Maybe the shower bathtub should change to standing with glass panels. over priced for the rooms. Paint pealing, ants and not much hot water. Needs a major remodel. Too many street kids near the entrance.
