It is conveniently located near the shops and eating places. Although it is very busy city outside the hotel it is quiet and comfortable place to stay. Good breakfast. The front desk staff are efficient and professional. Housekeeping staff is great as well. Location is ideal for most anything in the CBD.
todo comentarios the location ! safe !!!! it was right next to the train station, next to the mall and at morning right next to Starbucks. The location in Makati, a business district is good. Its also right near the mall. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Upgraded to a suite - excellent room although a little dated. Very helpful staff in executive lounge. The hotel is fabulous. We were choosen guest of the day and we were upgraded ro the executive suite. Excellent staff in the executive business center top floor. Great food in the Jeepneys Restaurant. The staff very helpful , excellent location , you will never regrete to stay in this nice hotel. The location is very good and the hotel in general is within the standard of IHG. I was given a room at the 12th floor, the smoking floor is 11th floor and the smell of cigarettes expels through the 12th floor. I was given a room where the air-conditioning was not working. We checked in late around 9.30 pm and not much time to realize until overnight I was sweating in bed. We were moved to the 4th floor the next day and it was all fine. Staff at the restaurant can be a bit disorganized especially during peak times (breakfast on weekends come to mind)!!. no lobby !! for a have a quick meet some with clients or to just have a cup of tea . For a Hotel on this level, I would expect that nowadays WiFi is a service to be included, but it's NOT and they would charge seperatly for WiFi. This are bad manners in many of these Hotels, and should really stop soon. Public areas are a bit tired. Wifi is not free and very expensive. Staff service in the ground floor bar. Very slow. Nothing. Had problems with my key. During my stay I could not enter my room as my key was not working and have to be replaced twice. Restaurant options were too few Restaurant was expensive for the buffet. The daily buffet was boring. Stayed for 2 weeks the selection really didn't change. Just a few food items. Limited restaurant choice but there are many restaurants in the shopping centers within an easy walk. Nothing. Room had musty smell No free Wi-Fi. Cold shower on a Monday morning. Very expensive hotel. old furniture... Prostitutes around the city at night. Bathrooms are out dated. None. I wish they had a better selection of food though, but the food we ordered was yummy. Just wish we had more to choose from. Difficult to get a taxi. when I arrived to check in I was offered a room upgrade .I asked how much the total cost of the stay would be which I was quoted but on check out I was told a higher amount and from what I can work out the tax was not included in the quoted amount which spoilt an otherwise great stay at this hotel .The inroom safe was not fixed to the wall or floor which was a bit concerning.easy to pick up and carry away. The toilette was blocked during our stay. It was very inconvenient esp for a short stay. The rooms and toilets are very small compared to hotels that we've been and they are not even a 4* hotels. The room was very small and old. slow check in and check out process no free inet wifi (even at the lobby!! ). There is a mistake in the letsbookhotel.com hotel description: it says this hotel has the biggest pool in Manila which is definitely not true (E.G. Sofitel has much bigger pool). Furniture in the room is very old and worn out. I will not stay there again. The gym needs updated thats all.
