  I stayed at two other hotels during my time in Lillehammer, and this hotel was not only the cheapest (even for a deluxe room), but by far the best and offered beautiful scenery, comfortable room, and a helpful staff. The two sleeping areas in the room made it ideal for parents with older children - we were able to have the two TVs on different channels - it kept everyone happy.

  Close to Hunderfossen Train Station (train noise didnt affect us as we werent facing the railway). We travelled by train. Fabulous Breakfast!!!   Stayed overnight en route from Oslo to the North. Room OK with views over river. Free parking. Lillehammer worth a visit, although more a winter resort. - Beautiful location.
