El personal de dias laborables era muy atento. La ubicacion, no estaba mal para ver la zona de Rotterdam, La Haya y Utrech, pero un poco alejado de Amsterdam. The location is perfect and very close to beutiful beaches. The owner was really nice, helpful and trusting. She even offered us an appartment for the price of a room that we booked. There are nice cycling routes and a lot to do even if it is not summer. Really relaxing. We recoment this hotel to anyone staying in the beautiful town Katwijk. The beaches are georgeous.

Since we were there on business and the office was 1 block away, we most enjoyed the location. I also found their spa facilities and gym wonderful for the evening hours. The staff is very friendly. The room was very quiet. -

The location, facilities and above all the staff who were very friendly and helpful.
This was especially true when I caught "Dutch Flu" and they let us stay in the room for an extra 2 hrs until it was time to go to the Airport - Gaston's suggestion.
Also Gaston's mum who runs a shuttle service to the Airport deserves a positive mention. Thanks again.
