The host was great, he helped us with our bags and was really friendly. We actually had some changes to our room arrangements but we managed to come to an agreement regarding the payment so we appreciated the flexibility. En general ha estado todo correcto. Está muy céntrico, en medio del barrio rojo y cerca de la estación central. Desayuno correcto pero un poco tarde, de 9 a 10h. Ducha y WC compartidos pero no encontramos problemas de tener que esperar por que hubiera gente dentro. - la ubicación

Good size rooms, towels included, The bathroom was good lots of room good shower, pressure was good some places have shocking showers but this one was good. Service was good the staff were nice as pie and were very helpful when asked questions. -

One of the best locations being close to Central Station, Dam Square is 2 minute walk, all kinds of shops, restaurants, Anne Frank house and grocery store nearby. In room showers are very nice, Mark who manages the hotel is very nice, helpful and polite. Jasmine who is works in the wait staff is very nice, friendly and also well informed about the area. Would stay here again.
