Polite helpful friendly staff at front desk and the lobby rest bar. They answer any question and always work with a smile on the face :)

Enjoy our stay at the Amadi Park hotel. The location is great. Close to many restaurants, cafes & shops. It is also a quick tram ride to major attractions.
Amadi Park hotel was easy to locate as was reception. Not sure why others had difficulty finding it, as instructions given were quite clear.
Nespresso machine & drinks in mini bar containing 2 of the following drinks coke, beer & water) were provided for free which is an added bonus.

We liked the location - very accessible/walking distance from the central train station and to the city center. Guests can simply pick up anytime, free bottled water, and apple/banana at the reception area. The warm cookie for incoming guests is a nice way to welcome everyone. Wifi works well. It is so well located near many restaurants and attractions. It has a great bar open until midnight with fantastic friendly bar staff.
