The service was outstanding - staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgable and really went out of their way. The building itself is spectacular - the architectural design and merging of old and new to create a dynamic lifestyle experience with the comfort of the new and the charm and character of the old. It's right in the city center. Hotel has bikes to rent for customers and cycling is the best option for sight seeing - Everything, the staff were very friendly and the rooms have most comfortable beds

la cercania con la terminal de tren, y el hotel en si excelente, lo unico malo es que no incluye desayuno y que el servicio de internet es muy caro. pero en fin una cosa por otra - La ubicación, limpieza, el personal.

Staff were so friendly and helpful, the hotel modern decoration and outlets with fireplace were so delightful. Rooms were big enough with the modern touch. Overall, this hotel is a masterpiece, every detail had a touch of Art. I just loved the place and would like to thank all staff members....you made my stay special....keep it up -

Our first impression wasn't the best (read the negative comment). But we spoke to the receptionist about our concerns and she was very nice to us, going out of her way to give us a room on the first floor with wi-fi that worked perfectly.
