Was easy to find, but the door is well hidden just before the Indian restaurant, back room very quiet. Owners live upstairs and lower 2 rooms are used as b&b provided croissants, muffins and coffee for breakfast each day. Massive room and a balcony. Shame there wasn't a view! Overall happy for 198 euro for 2 nights.

On our arrival at the apartment our host, Hein, was waiting for us out the front of the building. So the personal greeting was a good first impression. My grown daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights. This was the first stay on a two week trip. If I could have wrapped this room and taken it with us for the rest of trip, I would have! Extremely clean, bright, radiant heat in the bathroom, delightful and very helpful host, and the beds are sooooo comfortable.It was a delight! Stay here, you won't be sorry.

The Old Lady is a restored terrace on the canal in Amsterdam. We rented the apartment which is spacious, comfortable and clean. The building is very well located only minutes from the railway station and right on one of the canals. Most of the city's attractions, shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The hosts are very cooperative and an excellent breakfast was provided.

We stayed 2 nights at the Crown B&B. The location was fantastic - only a few minutes walk from Centraal Station and surprisingly close to all of the sights. Angelo, who was more like an old (or new!) friend, was a fantastic host - showing us how to get to all of the places we wanted to go and advising us where to eat and drink along the way. H

I loved the experience of staying in this beautiful, well maintained, centrally located typical Amsterdam building which was the main reason I picked this place. The room was tactfully and pleasantly decorated as well as the kitchen/dining area, which was very spacious and modern. The bathroom in our room was HUGE and fancy. Fantastic location just round the corner from Centraal Station, was easy to find - its basically above the Resin coffeeshop. First of all, when we arrived, Goran (the manager) was waiting for us. He explained everything, gave tips of places to visit the city, showed the whole house and its facilities. I could feel immediately the level of care and love he put even in the smallest details... The location is perfect, less then 10 minutes walk from the train station.
