Very friendly Asian staff. Basic breakfast but good 8am-10am. Wifi excellent in rooms.

  Host was very welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. Amazing apartment, very much of a bespoke open plan environment. Number 4 tram runs every few mins about 5 mins walk away to central Amsterdam! I would recommend this apartment to anyone hoping to see the sights and visit Amsterdam with a little luxury. The staff is young and friendly and were doing there best as all the kinks had not been striaghtened out, it opened a few days before we checked in. It is directly behind central station and next to the cruise port also its a 15 minute walk to the red light district. - This hotel was the best we stayed at in Europe. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was huge for Europe standards and because it is brand new, the facilities are to a very high standard, particularly given the price range. The rooms are soundproof and warm, and the bathrooms are really large. We stayed in a standard room and would definitely stay there if we visited Amsterdam again.
