Our first impression wasn't the best (read the negative comment). But we spoke to the receptionist about our concerns and she was very nice to us, going out of her way to give us a room on the first floor with wi-fi that worked perfectly.

One thing: as they are new in letsbookhotel.com and they possess many appartments it wasnt clear the location of the one we booked. But no problem

Lovely split level appartment on very quiet street. Ideally situated, halfway between museum district and Central station. Albert Heijn supermarket just round the corner. City Centre Retreat team very propmt and helpful. Look forward to next visit when weather is warmer.
