El personal super amable hablaban varios idiomas (neerlandes, inglés y español y muy probablemente otros) muy agradables e informados de la actividades de la ciudad. El desayuno no era una especialidad de chef pero se agradecía en las mañanas porque además era tipo buffet y todos comían un moton.

Lo que más me ha gustado, es la buena situación que tiene. Los empleados no entienden el español pero se esfuerzan en intentar comprenderte. La cama super comoda. Excellent location, right in the heart of the city...we walked everywhere!
This hotel is very different to any other hotel I have stayed in. It's so funky and artistic. It's like a maze inside but we found this fun navigating back to our room after an enjoyable night out in Amsterdam.
Even better after a long day was getting into the Queen size bed which was very comfortable.

The location was the best thing about this hotel - it is right next to the red light district - which is pretty central to everywhere in Amsterdam - all the places we wanted to visit were at most a 20 minute walk away, therefore public transport was not needed. All of the staff were gracious and solicitous. Our room, though without a canal or garden view, was beautifully designed and exceptionally quiet. One of the reasons we chose Canal House was the garden which exceeded our expectations as a comfortable and beautiful place to chill out, read and enjoy a pre-dinner aperitif. As I needed to rest my foot one day, it was a particularly welcome amenity.
