Staff were always friendly and happy to help with anything. Wifi was available in the room and the breakfast was always good. The room and all the toilets and showers were extremely clean. I was a little worried about shared showers but caused no issues at all. This couldn't be better located, 5 mins from central station, shop right outside, restaurants close by and bike rentals available right outside. 10 out of 10

You could not wish for a better location. The hotel staff are awesome and some of the most helpfull and friendly I have ever experienced. The apartments themselves offer you a little bit of Amsterdam. The canal views are amazing and we loved having breakfast looking out on what felt like 1 of the best views in Amsterdam. -

Excellent location. This is the place to be if you are in Amsterdam.Better then Hotel, it is like having your own suite. Bedrooms are nice, washer and dryer is available inside the appartement. All of the staff were gracious and solicitous. Our room, though without a canal or garden view, was beautifully designed and exceptionally quiet. One of the reasons we chose Canal House was the garden which exceeded our expectations as a comfortable and beautiful place to chill out, read and enjoy a pre-dinner aperitif. As I needed to rest my foot one day, it was a particularly welcome amenity.
