actually at the intersection of several busy streets such as Damrak and

We were met at the apartments by Kai who explained everything for us and gave us some great tips on things to do whilst we were there.
The apartments were very clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. It was located a few minutes from Dam Square, one of the main attractions in Amsterdam. There was a great view of the river Amstel from the apartment windows with all the boats passing by at regular intervals.

We loved everything! Except the stairs. Our room was up 5 floors of
steep stairs but if you can get over that... The rest was awesome!
Extremely clean, very large, very well equipped, great bathroom, large
kitchen area, special comfy beds and very modern. Make to mistake, this
is top notch and shows the owner really cares to make you feel special.

rooms were large,well equipped,massive bed,clean,very good location,not in city centre,but just a very short tram ride away.the location is very good.owners were brilliant and after a quick welcome,left us in total peace.i cannot recommend this place highly enough.a place you will love instead of having to stay in busy noisy hotels,and comparable in price

The hotel is small (just few rooms) & very nice. The rooms are very big sized, 40 m or even more, the windows are huge & the view is very nice. There is a well organized kitchen with coffee machine. And the owner of the hotel, Mark, is one of the most friendly owners I have ever met. He gave us a lot of information where to go &
