Habitación con vista al canal , muy buena superficie toda a nuevo con diseño y buen gusto Bien el desayuno - La habitación era enorme y tenia un baño limpísimo. Teniamos todas las comodidades necesarias. El personal excelente y la situación no podría ser mejor.

Our first impression wasn't the best (read the negative comment). But we spoke to the receptionist about our concerns and she was very nice to us, going out of her way to give us a room on the first floor with wi-fi that worked perfectly.

Lo que más nos gustó fue lo céntrico que estaba, la amabilidad del personal y su buen nivel de español; también la comodidad de sus camas y los bollos (con virutas de chocolate) y tostadas del desayuno. El personal super amable hablaban varios idiomas (neerlandes, inglés y español y muy probablemente otros) muy agradables e informados de la actividades de la ciudad. El desayuno no era una especialidad de chef pero se agradecía en las mañanas porque además era tipo buffet y todos comían un moton.

We stayed only one night before an onward journey. It was incredibly easy to find and right next door to the train Station which is only one stop from the city centre. It was very clean and we stayed in a room with two bunk beds and two twin beds which was very well thought out with the furniture and lighting and excellent for our 3 children. We had a great night's sleep, there was no noise whatsoever. The breakfast cost around 5 euro and was an eat all you can buffet style which was brilliant

The waterside location isn't central, but it's appealing - and it's fun cycling there! - Intelligence and kindness of the whole staff, its library, its restaurant and its affordable menus, the design and originality of each room, the facilities offered to go downtown, the view and proximity of the water. The hotel is really wonderful! We stayed there with my friend for 4 nights at the end of May and were really suprised with everything. First, location. The hotel is easily reachable by public transport.
I spent two nights in the hotel and enjoyed comfortable and clean rooms, rich breakfasts and friendly staff who was always there ready to help.
When I arrived to the hotel tired after a long travel the manager offered me complimentary tea/coffee and gave very useful tips about what to see and where to go. Thanks to the hotel manager's advice during my short stay I managed to visit almost all the top attractions in Amsterdam.
