The bed was So comfortable. They had English tv channels. The view (atlas) and balcony. Air con was pumping. So nice to come back to after hectic time at markets. Recommend pizza by the pool at Oasis lounge. -
Superb customer service from the moment you step through the door. Fantastic welcome tour by guest relations staff.

Riad Itrane was perfect in every way. Even before we arrived we had been
made to feel welcome by the owners, Charlotte contacting us the week
before to offer a driver to pick us up from the airport at a reasonable
price, and a very delicious meal at the Riad the night we arrived (also
a very reasonable price). An absolutely beautifully decorated riad
awaited us, and if like us you've been searching the hundreds of

The place is extremely nice with huge swimming pools. Everybody was friendly including the manager, the girls at the reception; Lamya, kawther and others, as well as the guys who work in the restaurant whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. All drinks such as wines and beers were included so you can drink as much as you can without payi

Pool was 27degres heated, a dream in juanary, we also enjoyed the room which was very clean.
Staff is almost presentS to give you a help. We had meals at noon on the terrasse , in front of the pool.
The All enclusive formula, is a reality and you do not have to open your purse every second.
At night, you have your meal a the huge restaurant where you'll find food that suits you.

The location is fantastic, 5min walk from the Jamaa el Fna. The hotel is
beautiful, spacious and the rooms are extremely spacious and luxurious.
The service is amazing, everyone is friendly, helpful and they went out
of their way to ensure we were happy. They kept our pram for us in their

The hotel was a like entering a different world once one was inside the hotel gates. One felt very peaceful, calm and tranquil after the hustle and bustle and noise of Marrakech. We loved everything about the Riad Ilayka. The atmosphere, the staff,

Riad ILayka is a marvellous surprise inside the Medina at Marrakech.
