  The bed was So comfortable. They had English tv channels. The view (atlas) and balcony. Air con was pumping. So nice to come back to after hectic time at markets. Recommend pizza by the pool at Oasis lounge. - Superb customer service from the moment you step through the door. Fantastic welcome tour by guest relations staff.

  We stayed 2 nights with room and breakfast. The room and bathroom were large with all the amenities needed. The buffet breakfast offered an extensive choice and was also very well presented. The restaurant staff was plentiful but seemed disinterested in serving the guests. However the front desk staff and bellmen were very helpful with great perso... lo que la gente dice » nalities. Furthermore, I forgot my passport in the room safe and Fatima-ez-hra (the front office manager) saved the day by immediately shipping it to - The hotel has an excellent swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and for the kids to play. Rooms are spacious and with luxury level on the details. The hotel is 10 min away from the medina by taxi. The staff is friendly and very professional. Food is offered as buffet or as standard menu on the two available restaurants. The quality of both is exceptional.

  The location is fantastic, 5min walk from the Jamaa el Fna. The hotel is beautiful, spacious and the rooms are extremely spacious and luxurious. The service is amazing, everyone is friendly, helpful and they went out of their way to ensure we were happy.   There is nothing to fault about Remparts, we weren't disappointed on arrival, nor on departure (other than the fact we had to depart!)   Nice and fairly intimate hotel of very high standard which we picked to escape the city of Marrakech for a few days towards the end of our trip to Morocco. It was a perfect place for relaxation. Rooms are excellent, spotless clean and very spacious (we stayed in the Art Deco room, which is one of the smaller). Facilities are great (incl. a cinema,... lo que la gente dice » which we made frequent use of, and a small but good spa), and one of the pools are heated, thankfully. The restaurant is pretty good, both local cous - Tigmiza provided us with the best care from the busy Marrakech. The occasionally tachy interior design were balanced with no kids and we were absolutely perfectly met by the personal and friendly staff. We had a great stay.
