  We stayed for one night. The location is great for an overnight stop between Merzouga and Fes. The Riad is not difficult to find - the are many signs along Midelt's main road showing the direction to the riad. We walked into the centre of town, which is about a 15 minute walk. The staff seems to constantly be cooking and baking. We ate dinner at the riad. T - The Riad provided a comfortable, convenient, most appealing place to stop for a night on the long drive from Fes to Ait ben Haddou. It's on the outskirts of the city, and delightfully quiet. We could sleep with the windows open, to feel a cool breeze off the nearby hills. The young woman who manages the Riad was courteous, welcoming, and most efficient. The rooms are big and confortable, but modest - really authentic; the view, the silence, the possibility to open the patio door and step right on the sand... the pool area, the breakfast...
