From the start, we were made to feel very welcome. Even before we reached the hotel, the owners had worked out that our plane had been delayed (diverted to Agadir because of a sandstorm) and adjusted the evening meal for us.
The ambience of the hotel was very relaxing, with a quiet courtyard and plunge pool for reflection and reading during the heat of the day. Flowers in all the rooms really did add something extra. And the turtles were a star attraction - role models for contemplation.

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, they made us feel like we were at home. The riad was beautiful, modern and clean but had a traditional feel to it. Lovely accomodation, with staff that really would do anything for you. As the riad is quite small it often felt like we were were the only guests there which was heavenly.
We did the cooking course at Jeans ranch which was lovely to get out of the city but be warned when the cook takes you round the markets be prepared to be ripped of by the stor
