Lo que la gente dice
The staff was brilliant. So helpful, polite and accommodating. They treat guests like royalty! This hotel is beautiful, clean and incredible value for money. The food is authentic Moroccan cuisine; breakfast was included too which was a bonus. Hotel Chellal is in a stunning part of the world with the waterfalls a 5 minute walk away; Ouzoud is home to some of the nicest people we've ever met!. todo comentarios »
the atmosphere, the staff, Abdul and Mohammed were warm and friendly. Clean rooms, hot water. It was right in the heart of the village, souks and Ouzoud Falls. Loved it!! Rooster started at 3am... Call to prayer at 5am...otherwise quiet. Wi-Fi accessible in lobby. Great stay!!.
Very nice rustic hotel, with an excelent traditional atmosphere. It's location is the best possible, just on the path to the cascades. The staff was very nice and friendly and the breakfast was delicious!.
I loved this hotel so much. What amazing staff, location is perfect, the value is great and super yum food. I can so recommend this warm authentic Berber place. Don't miss it!.
The staff is friendly and speaks also French. Breakfast was good, served
in the sunny terrace. Its location so near the waterfalls is a plus.
Superb location with helpful, friendly staff and a nice relaxed
atmosphere. I would make a real effort to stay again when I am in
Morocco.
Awesome location, right beside the biggest waterfalls and all the
monkeys. Quiet on pedestrian walkway, no cars for hundreds of meters.
Very, very close to the waterfalls. Parking is nearby. Good clean room with good bed. Quiet too. Nice staff.
Nice and clean place, friendly staff and very close to waterfalls. I would definitely recommend it!.
breakfast was amazing, waterfall is very nearby, hotel is very nice, terrace is lovely and relaxing.
- Good comfort
- location is good
- wifi (however our virus programs said we have a virus now).
Location was beautiful
Very nice ambience
Lovely staff
Excellant food for good price.
A pleasure to spend an evening with such an amazing host.
nice cosy place, clean, good value for money.
There are 3 good things about this hotel. The location which is
excellent for the falls, the garden and the staff who are very helpful
and did us a flavoursome meal for only 80 mad each (£6). Unfortunately
apart from that this hotel is awful. The room is about as basic as I
have ever seen, the bathroom had a very bad smell and the shower
didn't work. Suffice it to say we were very happy we only had one
night here.
The location. is very close to the waterfalls. and probably the only minimally decent nearby.
The location and common areas. Breakfast was good.
Staff was very nice and location was good.
Nice on the outside.
the marocco-style.
The location is good, on the stairs at the start of the descent to the waterfalls.
Right on the way to see the waterfall, so location is great.
Amazing landscape and very friendly and helpful staff.
The loction is perfect, just few minutes from the falls. It is good for
people who love nature.
nothing.
Don't expect luxury. That's not the style of this hotel.
Our room was small but enough for us, it just took some getting used to
the ”private bathroom” at the foot of the bed. A pity it didn’t had air
conditioned and it was hot. Due to the road works we had to park a
little bit far from the hotel when we arrived, and when we were leaving
the parking place, the following morning, we had to pay to some guy.
Shower wasn't too strong.
bathroom was a bit spartan.
- No entry at google maps
- description from parking to hotel needs to be explained better
- breakfast was poor (olive oil, olives and bread, tea), no jam
- €35/night&room is quite expensive for Marocco
- not clear who works for the hotel and who wants to sell you additional stuff.
The rooms on the top need airconditioning. We switched rooms because we couldnt sleep. Downstairs was fine! Rooms are small but nice.
i was happy with my stay, there is nothing that comes to my mind what I didn't like.
The price is lower at the hotel. The breakfast is very poor. And we have a toilet and shower in the bottom of the bed as if it was the TV. no privacy.
There were important things missing in the room. Hot water Did not work
properly and the hotel don't have mirrows.
Hotel lacked air-conditioning and wi-fi in rooms and was limited in common areas. Breakfast was very basic. Lac of a/c required us to keep windows open and exposed to a rooster that started crowing at 1 a.m. And kept it up until morning.
Pretty basic on the inside. Small room, and a lousy (in terms of functionality) washroom.
It was to cold there, the blankets are to little, the room was very very poor, no hooks to hang your cloths, everything must we put on the floor. Its good foor young people. There are too may steps to climb to your room, without any protection of a lead.
The rooms are small with minimal and poorly maintained fittings. The hotels main business would seem to be catering for bus trips from Marrakech (who got a better breakfast than we did).
Geen verwarming (reis in december en erg koud gehad snachts)
Geen gordijnen voor de ramen
Matras erg hard.
The hotel desperately needs a massive upgrade, specially in the bathrooms. They lack basic equipment. Also they need to improve their cleaning a lot.
Too expensive for what they offer. We stayed at Les Belle Terrasses in
Beni Mellal for the same price and it was excellent with perfect
facilities. letsbookhotel.com team should visit the hotels they list. This
hotel has No tv, no ac not even mirror to shave in the morning. The
parking staff were very rude.
cell like rooms, toilet didn't flush, nowhere to hang clothes, shower was a hosepipe, surly staff - yuk!.
