  We stayed for one night. The location is great for an overnight stop between Merzouga and Fes. The Riad is not difficult to find - the are many signs along Midelt's main road showing the direction to the riad. We walked into the centre of town, which is about a 15 minute walk. T - The Riad provided a comfortable, convenient, most appealing place to stop for a night on the long drive from Fes to Ait ben Haddou. It's on the outskirts of the city, and delightfully quiet. We could sleep with the windows open, to feel a cool breeze off the nearby hills. The young woman who manages the Riad was courteous, welcoming, and most efficient.
