It was our first night in Marrakech and what a great choice! Riad Lorsya is a hidden gem. We loved everything about it. The room was lovely, with an exotic feel, clean and comfortable. The Riad is very quiet. Breakfast was delicious and big, not mentioning the fact that to my surprise I was provided with a gluten free bread! The Riad was very clean throughout and the location was excellent - around a nice 5 minutes walk to the Jemaa el Fna and also very close to a number of other tourist sites.
The staff were excellent...very friendly and helpful in any requests that we had. We booked this riad based on the strength of it's reviews and were not disappointed. The staff made us feel very welcome. The room was very comfortable and it was all very pretty. The plunge pool was great cooling off in. We went on an excellent excursion to the atlas mountains which was organised by the riad and also good value. They also organised the transfer back to the airport. The driver was very nice.

Brilliant service from the staff - they were always willing to cater to our needs, such as eating on the roof terrace or helping us arrange dinners. Rooms are really cozy too and the overall Riad decor is beautifully simple. -

The Riad is very nice, we had a nice breakfast every morning and got an upgrade of our room for free. The room had aircon, was cleaned everyday and the bathroom is perfect. The swimming pool is small, but if you just want to cool down it's a perfect size! I would absolutely recommend it. It's a ten minute walk from the 'Jema el fnaa' square in a quiet neighborhoud.
