Only 4 minutes walking to the Jemaa el-Fnaa square, in a very safe alley. The room (suite) is big and very clean. Good breakfast than you can have in the roof terrace. The couple that runs the rial are very nice and helpful. Make sure you let them know that you want your room cleaned daily, because without your approval they will not do it.
This is a brand new Riad, it openned in June 2013.

Veronique the owner is genuinely friendly, and will take care of you, nothing is too much trouble. She and Jean-Marc made us feel very welcome.
Veronique met us at the City wall when we arrived by taxi, and walked with us to the ryad. When we departed, she waited with us outside the City wall until the taxi arrived. This is super service.

The riad is beautiful and tranquil, with a great location central to the medina, yet removed enough to provide quiet. Fantastic breakfast!

The family really takes care of their gests! Both so that you feel very welcome to their riad and to help you to plan/do nice things during your stay. When we need help to buy some jewellery, we were nicely followed to several serious shops and helped to get at good price. So very serviceminded! Thanks!
PS: Taxi t/f airport may differ much. We used the same driver both ways (40 DH from just outside airport/50 DH drop off at airport). This nice and trustfull driver: 0602458448.

The Riad was located a walking distant to the square ( 15 min ) distant to the caus of Marakesch ; however the we arrived with a rental car and I do not recommend people to drive in the Medina ! Crazy drivers.

The location is great, few walking minutes to Jemaa el-Fnaa. The rooms
are great (for a budget place) and also the roof terrace. The breakfast
is ok. The orange tree smells fantastic. Easy to get from the Square.
Enter to the street with Cafe Argano, just go straight, when the street
is blocked make right (you will see an exchange), after few meters
there's a small place, here you will see Derb el Hamman. Enter on
it, make 2 time left and then right..you fill find the hostel.

Riad Aloes is perfectly situated in the Medina within easy reach all the markets and main sites. The Riad is quiet, beautiful and clean, a lovely place to relax in the hustle bustle of Marrakech. The breakfast of fresh fruits and croissants or pancakes was delicious. Our bedroom was very comfortable and clean. Olivier couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Marrakech.

Stayed in a 15th century tiled room with stained glass windows and painted ceiling. This riad is central in Marrakesh but our room was silent at night. After you've been in this hotel you are completely spoilt for any of the other buildings in the city as it is SO beautiful!! The roof top balcony, sitting rooms, inner sanctums - all gorgeous. Beautiful riad in Marrakech. Easy to reach by taxi as just within the old wall. All suites were gorgeous and individual and very spacious. Extremely clean and fantastic public areas.
