Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. They did all they could they make our stay comfortable. Use of their kitchen is allowed. Riad location within the square is great. Several spas/hamams very close by too.

Staff were very warm and friendly (in particular the Manageress). Lovely traditional Moroccan decor, well appointed rooms, good pool. Food was also really good. Was also able to communicate with the staff via email before arrival to arrange our stay. Location was excellent, close to the Djemaa el fna, easy to find yet peaceful and quiet. We would not hesitate to stay at Riad Kaiss again.

Excellent location and amazing staff!!! My boyfriend and I stayed in this riad after coming from a 3 day trip from the desert, we were exhausted and the staff was great at making us relax and feel comfortable. Smiles and mint tea when you arrive, what else do you need?! You're 3 min away walking to Djemma el Fna!

I have to say that what made my stay so great is the staff. Fouad is a genuinely caring person. .
We arranged to have dinner in the Riad the night we arrived it was delicious. The roof terrace is a fabulous place for the tasty breakfast or a quiet drink in the evenings. Everything was perfect, the building itself was beautiful and a great environment to stay in. Breakfast was delicious - it was more or less the same every day but there was enough varietey within that (sweet pastries, three types of pancakes, homemade yoghurt, bread and more) to keep our tastbuds happy for a whole week. I absolutely loved this riad! There are lots of good riads in
Marrakech but please stay in this one at least one night! The location
is perfect, 3 min away walking to Djemma el Fna square. Staff is very
nice and friendly. We got back to the riad from shopping and dining
around midnight and we wanted mint tea sooo bad that we asked the
person at the front desk if we could have some and he made some tea
for us. I don't remember his name, I wish I did so I can give him
credit here..
