Everything was perfect, the building itself was beautiful and a great environment to stay in. Breakfast was delicious - it was more or less the same every day but there was enough varietey within that (sweet pastries, three types of pancakes, homemade yoghurt, bread and more) to keep our tastbuds happy for a whole week. The location of Riad Anya is very central and in a safe,quiet area, the decor of the riad was fabulous,with many shaded areas with comfortable seating just perfect for relaxing.the roof terrace was ideal for catching the sun and the pool just perfect for cooling off.The twin room on the first floor we shared was spacious , airy , comfortable and very clean. This Riad is beautiful and luxurious. I recently stayed there for my birthday with a group of friends and Francois the host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. All the staff were fantastic.
I loved every room(we had the whole riad) the pool was beautiful.
The rooftop terrace was amazing and eating breakfast there in the morning was a beautiful start to the day.
And everyone of us who stayed there has not been able to stop raving about the experience.

The food was just fantastic. I love egg plants. The cook prepared them
in different delicious ways. It was all freshly prepared. Delicious
Tajine too. I love Moroccan food. I really had a great time at the Riad.
It felt so good to have someone cooking for you and you can chat with
the cook while the food is being prepared. It is like a Japanese
restaurant experience, except that you can discuss about anything with
the cook. You get a relaxed and cozy feeling. This Riad has a very
friendly team.

I have been to Marrakech on a few occasions now and by far my favourite Riad. This was my first time travelling alone to Marrakech and a single female could have been daunting, but, was my favourite trip over! Be smart, get Pascal to arrange the car to collect you from the airport, so you don't get lost in the souks trying to find the riad with luggage, and do practice runs during the day from the square to the riad. As long as you know where you are in the square you can find your way home! Mm
