Excellent hotel, excellent staff: everything exceeded my expectations.
I told the hotel the stay was a 60º birthday gift for my husband, and they invited us for a special cake, and they gave us a superior suite than the one I reserved.
The best location to visit the city. We have the better experience for all our travels. If you want to visit Marrakesh, stay in Les Jardins de La Koutoubia.

By spa, I am thinking of the hammam. Perfect place to stay, near to the
centre and yet very quiet in the Riad itself. Spotlessly clean
throughout and generally everything is kept to a very high standard. I
can't speak highly enough of the staff....they were so very very
helpful and everything was done with a genuine smile. My husband was
ill while we were there (nothing to do with food in the Riad I might
add) and had to have a day of medical care. I can't believe the

The hotel was a like entering a different world once one was inside the hotel gates. One felt very peaceful, calm and tranquil after the hustle and bustle and noise of Marrakech. The Riad was very clean throughout and the location was excellent - around a nice 5 minutes walk to the Jemaa el Fna and also very close to a number of other tourist sites.
The staff were excellent...very friendly and helpful in any requests that we had. Very nice riad. Rooms were very clean and airy. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was nice. Only downsides were you had to pay to use the jacuzzi ( when do you ever have to pay? Anywhere? ) and the noise traveled easily between the rooms. I am told all riads lack privacy and this wasn't a big issue for us ( group of mates). Tho I have had been in

The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming. The Riad is like
a little haven of peace and tranquility. It is perfectly situated in
terms of being able to walk everywhere and you get a real feel of living
in Marrakesh amongst the local people. We were travelling with our two
weenage children and there was enough at the Riad to keep them occupied
as well as being incredibly relaxing for us. Definately would reccomend

Lovely, lovely Riad. William and Khansa were very welcoming . Arrived in the evening so we were very pleased with being picked up at the airport and guided to the Riad through the crazy evening traffic! We were given a delicious meal in front of an open fire, much needed.

A very pleasant place to stay in Marrakesh. Whilst in the middle of the busy Medina, it is totally quiet and relaxing which is great after a day of exploring the Medina, sightseeing and shopping in the nearby huge souk.
We were received very well and Khansa took exceptionally well care of us, on a couple of occasions way above expectations!
Breakfast was excellent and different each day.
We also received good advice on restaurants, shopping and things to see.

The staff at the hotel are really wonderful and accommodating. We had an
early flight, so we had to leave the riad at 6:30. The staff went out of

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were a party of 17 adults, and they catered for all of our needs. Arranged transport to the airport, provided local advice, and generally there to help. Very relaxing stay with good clean facilities.
