Riad Assalam is a great place to stay. Less than 10 minutes from Jemma El-Fnaa, it's a short (& easy to navigate!) stroll to get there but you'll appreciate a bit of distance from the noise and hustle and bustle of the square and souks. Lots of beautiful common areas to relax when you return to the riad. Impeccably clean rooms with air con.

The service and cleanliness, the staff went out of their way to tend to
our needs even going out to buy some spices for me, had cookery lessons
from chef, they booked in a henna artist for me and a masseur which were
priced even cheaper then local prices, breakfast was served whatever
time I chose, and was really nice, would stay again. -

This riad is a little gem. It has only been open for 2.5 years and everything inside is brand new and of amazing taste. Laurence is a wonderful hostess. Beautiful riad in the heart of the city. Well positioned to access all
the main sites. We stayed in Moulay which was perfectly designed in a
moroccon style with a big bathroom.
The breakfast was amazing and served up on the roof top terrace.
I would strongly recommend ordering dinner at the hotel - you have to order in the morning and it isn't cheap but it is delicious. very romantic too as more often than not you'll be the only couple in the dining area.

The riad is inside a small alley, not far away from the palace. The room is small but well democrated. Wifi is weak inside the room. But the common area is comfortable.

Perfect staff, the manager was extremely helpful organizing our trips and answering all our questions etc. Really great guy.
Also we got probably the best rate in the city to exchange our euros to Dirhams at the Riad.
Very calm place to stay and relax after a busy day in Marrakech.

Very helpful and friendly management. The Ryad was in typically relaxed
Morrocan style with beautiful features in the public area and courtyard
facing bedrooms. A nice roof terrace too. Well located in the old Medina
although the entrance route via the old dark souk streets might be a
little intimidating for some, although the streets were busy and
appeared safe.

The Riad was very beautiful,the owner Lauren was a super host ,a gentelman, very friendly, caring and helped me to relax as i was a lone traveller. My room was luxourious, very comfortable, spotless clean and had the most comfortable bed i have ever lsept in (outside of my home) The other staff were attentive, and served me with a hearty breakfast each morning, they work hard to keep the place looking its best and i would most definetaly go back there again

Everything was perfect, the building itself was beautiful and a great environment to stay in. Breakfast was delicious - it was more or less the same every day but there was enough varietey within that (sweet pastries, three types of pancakes, homemade yoghurt, bread and more) to keep our tastbuds happy for a whole week.
