  Very friendly staff who really made you feel welcome, So nice even when we were supposed to check out, we could leave our bags and go to a cenote and when we came back they offered us towels and the ability to shower. Very thoughtful! Coozy hotel with lovely lighting in the evenings, pool area seems small at first but it was really "bigger than y... lo que la gente dice » ou thought", with bubbly jacuzzi part of the pool. Rooms were nice and cleaned, good wifi all over the hotel so you could sit in the pool and surf :) - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and lovely. It was a great city location, nice and quiet but close to good restaurants, shopping and night life. The staffs reccommedations of restaurants were great. It's a cheap cab ride to the ruins and the beach. The hotel will rent bikes which is a great way to get to the beach.

  Beautiful place and environment. The rooms that face the sea are just awesome and for just $20 extra per day is really worth it. The staff is great, open minded and very close to their guests. They help out with everything and make you feel very welcome to the place.
