Me gusto mucho el lugar donde esta el hotel, playa padrisima, fantastica para el snorquel y para niños pequeños. El hotel agradable, jardines bonitos.
Quitando al personal del Lobby todos muy amables y serviciales. El Coco Cafe riquisimo. -

Very friendly staff who really made you feel welcome, So nice even when we were supposed to check out, we could leave our bags and go to a cenote and when we came back they offered us towels and the ability to shower. Very thoughtful!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and lovely. It was a great city location, nice and quiet but close to good restaurants, shopping and night life. The staffs reccommedations of restaurants were great. It's a cheap cab ride to the ruins and the beach. The hotel will rent bikes which is a great way to get to the beach.

love the setting, Tulum has one of the most beautiful coastlines I have every experienced. beach bar design and vibe is one of the best the area offers. I love that this part of the beach is "private" -

Any hotel on this stretch of Tulum beach can't fail to have a
'wow' factor so Rosa del Viento is no exception. The views of
the sea and proximity to the sand are fabulous. The beach furniture is

The night we arrived was stormy but a warm and friendly staff made you feel welcome and a comfortable bed awaited us. I cannot say enough about the staff, from the owner Máximo and the front desk , Josep and Diana to the restaurant cadre, Jose Manuel, Marcos, Teodoro, and all the rest.It was a magical stay and although it seemed at times we were in splendid isolation, even that was fantastic with the ocean at our feet and the wind in the palms..we will definitely do it again and highly recomend

esta muy bonito el hotel solamente que un poco de calor en los cuartos de arriba por que no entra el aire y como la luz se va seguido pero en los de abajo muy confortable entra la brisa muy bien -

Nice and quiet spot, bit far away from the beach but that's no issue
if you have a bike, if not, taxis are cheap and everywhere. We felt at
home and decided spontaneously to stay one more day which was no problem
at all even if we got the last room so the hotel was fully booked. Very
nice hosts! Would definetely come back -

We liked everything about the Itour. If we have to write all the things we liked, first of all, the staff is fantastic. They treat guests as their true friends. We felt very sad leaving there. Marco, Daniele, Alma, Alma's brother and their team. Truely amazing people. They will do everything they can to make you feel at home.

We stayed for one night on July 2013. Itour is right in a busy intersection, in front of supermarket, very close to Tulum archeological site, the beaches and a few blocks from local restaurants. We parked our rental car in front and were greeted by staff that was already expecting us. The staff was cheerful and responsive to our needs; they gave excellent suggestions about what to do and where to eat. Itour has very few rooms, ours was very clean, and had one window. I loved the food, everything was fresh and delicious; the ambient was also great, with guest musicians playing at the restaurant.

OM cabanas is a small and cosy place. Located near the end of the playa road, It is a 10 rooms only resort. Quiet and Peaceful. Rooms were really beautiful but were not facing beach. But it is a not a problem here. Staff was always helpful and friendly and they offer free coffee. Didn't have the chance to try the food really.Good options for snorkeling and scuba diving.
