We just got back from our trip and stayed at Santa Matia Hotel. We stayed for 7 night. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very freindly. The appartements are very luxerios, beds are comfortable and TV and WiFi fine. There are some useful tools in the kitchen, but don't expect cooking, boiling eggs are the most you can do and there is a wine opener and a microwave. For breakfast it is ok, but go dining in the nearby restaurants up the street towards town. There's a big supermarket and a Starbucks opposite the area. The service was impressive, as the guys running the place were truly helpful (they even drove me to the rental car place. The location is superb, especially if you like walking to the beach; and facilities great (clean and neat) I really enjoyed those relaxed surfing day. Thanks a lot to David, his family and Frijol. -
