  All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Felt very safe as the security was visible and aware. Our room was clean, check in was smooth. Ivan at the front desk was excellent. Even the gardener was friendly and warm. As soon as I got there, I asked the manager to switch to a different hotel. He kindly sent me to the Casino Plaza hotel in downtown. I really apreciated it. Thank you, guys!

I love Puerto Vallarta and this is my favourite place to stay. - It's a wonderful location in the heart of Old Town Puerto Vallarta, MX and is right on the most famous beach. Has colonial Mexican charm and the employees were delightful. It' a great contrast from the modern high-rise resorts and condos in different pats of the PV area.

  The staff were fantastic! Helping us with inquiries and bookings for tours etc The hotel was excellent! It felt like a home away from home, we had the Master Suite, which we loved. Clean and tidy. Location, location. I could not think of better spot to be. Excellent value for money.
