Security deposits will be refunded within 10 business days of check out. Deductions from the deposit will be made for any damage found. Guests will be charged for electricity usage. For tenancies longer than 3 months, gas usage will also be payable by guest. Complimentary maid service is included for reservations over 7 nights (1 maid service per week). Extra person fees include the provision of an extra fold out mattress and linens. Please note that guests must sign an accommodation contract upon check in. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A security deposit of USD 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
