Directly accessible from the airport, just a few mminutes walk. Very
modern and clean room, you don't hear the noise of the planes.
Perfect for late arrivals in Mexico or early flights. Excellent
breakfast. I was there to give a conference: conf rooms perfect, very

It is the closest hotel to the airport. You do not need to wait for shuttle to take you there from terminal 1.Taxi service is good. No need to cue for airport taxis.

Mis reservas desde Suiza online fueron un exito. Obtuve respuestas inmediates y al llegar al hotel todo estuvo correcto. Ademas es estupendo despues de viajar aprox. 13 horas y llegar por la noche poder inmediatamente acceder a un magnifico hotel y descansar estupendamente.

Friendly and honest staff. I forgot something in the lobby and did not
realize it until the following day. They had kept it secure and when I
inquired about it they asked some questions to verify it was actually
mine and returned it immediately.

I was so tired when I arrived at the hotel at 2 p.m., I got a quick meal at the restaurant, changed into my sleep shirt got into bed and slept 9 hours straight (I had to be at the airport at 4 a.m. the next morning). Very conveniently located for Mex City airport, took us only 5 minutes
to get there in the early hours of the mroning. Also, the hotel had been
recently renovated and the room and bathroom were to a high standard,
excellent value for money. -

99% of the staff spoke English and put up with our bad Spanish. The
breakfasts were included and we had a lot of choices and they were all
great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was a junior suite
and it was very large. The canopy bed was very comfortable. The tv had

of the lobby and the fully stained glass ceiling. The location was
perfect. -
The Hotel itself is great, both rooms and public places, everyone already wrote about the mosaic glass roof above lobby area. And of course the old lift which unfortunately you can use only once you arrive to hotel.
Guest relations service is good - I contacted them before my arrival to book some extra services and they really did their best to help me.

The price of our five day stay was great and the staff was friendly and attentive. The free continental breakfast was very good and helped us saved money. We will recommend the Hampton Inn to family and friends. We plan to return to Mexico City next year and we will definitely stay at the Hampton Inn. -
