I love the fact that the check-in was really fast despite the fact that when I came to check-in, they had 2 busses with loads of people coming in to check-in their groups as well. I used letsbookhotel.com and just showed them the notification and walla.... u got your keys.... the breakfast quality were really good as well. it wasn't a wide array b

Everything was perfect, we book deluxe room, and request higher floor for good mountain view. Very much satisfied. An plus point for breakfast, food is super nice, from omelette, nasi lemak,sambal, salad,& many more,all tasty. 'Keep it up Chef" we love it. will come again to heritage.

The room is comfortable, comes with a gym room and swimming pool. Wifi is fast and staff is attentive and friendly.

Deluxe duplex on the top floor is very nice and grand super king size bed. 2 bathrooms with separate toilets, shower and bath. 2 LCD TV too.
Duplex is advertised for 3 pax on here. But in fact, it can accommodates 4 persons with 4 breakfast.

We, a group of 4 adults and 1 child stayed 2 nights in a 2 bedroom bungalow which was exactly what we were looking for. The set-up on the river and the edge of the Taman Negara National Park was perfect for us as we did some jungle and the canopy walk, enjoyed the nature with some wildlife around including monkeys, wild boars and plenty of birds of different species. Staff was a bit disorganize but very friendly and the food (a-la-carte or buffet) good considering the location. What else? Accom

I LOVED being there! The staff is really friendly and though there are some limitations, the whole holiday was perfect! We made a scuba diving course as well.
The transportation to the resort (from airport) was arranged well.
The rooms were nice and relatively clean.
The location is perfect - there is a small rock-fall (water-fall) in the vicinity and the beach is perfect for snorkelling and diving.
Our diving course was great and very great value for money.

Made booking on line on the same day check in. Was impressed that check in was fast and without hassle.
The King size bed was very comfortable.
Convenient location, East Coast mall just across the street, many good restaurants nearby.
Good breakfast buffet.

They upgraded me to Executive Room. How nice :-) And the room was as requested, higher floor and twin beds, in fact it was 2 x double beds. The room is big, the bathroom is big, the shower is big. The breakfast even though not lavish, but suit my taste with many choices of local food. Great treatment ;-) TQ -

1. Cheerful and friendly front desk staff. No hassle with my reservation. Rebate on the entrance fee was quickly announced.
2. Checking-in. Simple, easy, quick.
3. The Le Blason restaurant staff. Even when it was almost closing time, they still served us with smiles.
4. The twin-bed room was of a comfortable size. Windows faced the 'village' street. Had a great time watching people walking by.
5. The beautiful mountain scenery surrounding the hotel.

It was almost perfect. When my family of 13 members check in, this young gentleman name Mr. Bacchu greeted us with warm welcome plus getting my two units ready on time side by side. Car park was reserved. No worries as keys and locks are given to prevents irresponsible drivers to park at ur designated parking spot. Both unit was very clean and new
